New Blog! First Post!

I have always believed in Blogger! I tried Tumblr, but my account kept getting hacked. I was disappointed because I had done a lot on that blog. It's time to do something more! With Blogger, I can have Google AdSense! I'm very excited for that! To make money with my blog! My profile doesn't the give the full of effect of 'me' to 'you' so I will tell you a bit about myself. My name is Courty. I am a very spirited girl who has such a vivid imagination, my novels have such a busy story line! I love sunny days, rainy days and days where it was gloomy but in the evening the sky in bright pink and orange and the clouds are wafting across the sky. I find that so beautiful. I'm bound for FSU hoping to become a NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) nurse (to get my RN). My goal in life is to get one of my novels published, so far I have only finished one novel. It was one of my greatest achievements. I love photography, last summer I was such the little photographer! I was hired to take snap shots for a little girl's 3rd birthday! It was really exciting that someone liked my photos that much! People say I am very mature for my age and to be honest, I agree with them. I'm not a fashionista, I'd rather get Real Simple magazine instead of Teen Vogue. I love old TV shows and movies. My favorites are: I Love Lucy; Rockford Files; Magnum PI; Murder She Wrote; Fantasy Island; Quantum Leap and a bunch of others. I love the old movie: Bringing Up Baby and It's A Wonderful Life (also along with many others). I love modern day TV as well: Castle; Gilmore Girls (stopped airing in 2007, what a shame); Law and Order; House. I also like the reality TV shows on the History channel, TLC and Style (for instance Super Nanny or The Nanny). I've gone through transitions where I don't really like to read, suddenly I'm so into it. I have been reading a book called Leeway Cottage by Beth Gutcheon, and it's so good! I haven't finished it yet, but I love it so far and I'm almost done! The reason why my blog is called Barefoot In Blue Jeans is because I spend most of my time... barefoot in blue jeans. I have tons of pairs of blue jeans and I'm just a country girl at heart! (That's why all those pictures of fields and such are on my blog) I live in the city but all my friends live in the country, so I get a lot of exposure! I also love listening to country music. It is my soul music! Makes me laugh, makes me cry, makes me think about life! I'm so moved by music! I'm not really a religious girl, I'm a Christian, I believe in God, I pray, I read my bible, I go to church but I don't want to be classified as a 'Christian'. People might think I'll judge them on certain things... I can be a little strict with my beliefs, but not like to the point where I say, "Banish you! Sinner! Sinner! Sinner!" That's not me at all! At the age of 15, it's odd to think that I am an extreme couponer! Well, I am (at a very low level/stage in the couponing extremity) an extreme couponer and it pays off! My aunt got me into it, and I go to her house almost every Sunday and help her clip the coupons in the ads. We divvy out the coupons and throw useless ones away, and it is very fun! I'm also in love with coffee! I love iced, chilled, hot, black, doctored up, anything coffee, GIVE ME! haha. Well, that's all for now, hope I didn't bore you to tears!
