Snickerdoodles!

Even though I planned it, I don't really know what made me made snickerdoodles today! I just know they are one of my favorites and my family makes a ton of batches during this time of year, when it was autumn time, and very seasonal! (Little note... my nails may look long, but it is just chipped nail polish. They are short! haha. I haven't gotten around to redoing them)

               INGREDIENTS
           *DOUGH
~2 3/4 cups of all purpose flour
        ~ 2 teaspoons baking powder
        ~ 1/2 teaspoons of salt
~ 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
        ~ 1 1/2 cups of sugar
        ~ 2 large eggs

            *Snickerdoodle Cinnamon powder
          ~2 tablespoons of sugar
          ~ 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

MY PROCESS/DIRECTIONS (With pictures)

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

First, pour your flour into a mixing bowl

Then add your baking powder

Next, add in the salt (I always use Mediterranean Sea Salt)

Then, soften 1 cup (or 2 sticks of butter)

Now, add in your sugar

For the last of the dough ingredient, add in the 2 eggs

Mix together, and set aside.

Now to make the snickerdoodle powder...

2 tablespoons of sugar

And 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

Pour it into another bowl and mix the sugar and cinnamon together

Next, get a cookie sheet out and cover it with tin foil

Now, take a bit of dough, and roll it into the the cinnamon/sugar powder

and of course keep doing this till you have a full cookie sheet

Bake the cookies for about 13 minutes

And then enjoy!
