Cold Brewed Coffee {Revised}

Back with a cold brew coffee revision. I have discovered a better method to filter the cold brewed coffee. On the last cold brewed coffee post, I wrote that simply folding the paper towel a certain way would filter the coffee just fine, well, it really doesn't work when the paper towel dampens in the corners and becomes weak, falling into the coffee and letting the grounds loose to float about. I have found an easier way.
Simply cut slits in the bottom of a paper cup.
Then stuff a single paper towel in the cup, fold the excess paper towel over the sides.
 Ladle the coffee into the cup, and it filters into a Rubbermaid tub, or another mixing bowl.
This is a better way to filtering  your cold brewed coffee.

I have to say, it is a pretty ingenious solution to keeping coffee cold, and not having to wait for the coffee to cool off. I'm glad I don't have to do that anymore.
It's absolutely delicious. I brewed another batch this morning of French vanilla coffee and I have to say that the caramel coffee is the best. I am eager to try a chocolate blend. That sounds delightful. I just love coffee in general. I love the taste of coffee, I love the smell of coffee, I love the buzz it gives me (buzz of caffeine).
Cold brewing is simply amazing.
