Photo-An-Hour

I have been seeing these photo-an-hour posts in the blogosphere, and I thought that it would be fun to participate in my own photo-an-hour. I picked today because Thursdays are my busiest days. From way early in the morning, to a little later at night, my day is packed. Some of the busy is leisure, and some is not, but it is all in good fun. So, without further ado, here is my photo-an-hour post for Thursday, April 16th, 2015. 

5:40 am-

My day starts pretty early because I have yoga at 7:00 am. I go straight into the bathroom to get ready for the day by washing my face, and putting on my minimalist makeup (for my super early days). 

6:20 am- I eat a quick breakfast before I head out the door. Today's breakfast was cold bananas (that I actually didn't get a chance to eat for breakfast, but I took them with me for a snack), toast with blackberry jam, and some Greek yogurt with honey. 

7:00 am-

Yoga class. My favorite part of the morning. (Oops! I really need to repaint my toes...)

8:20 am-

Yoga ends. I change into my regular clothes for the rest of the day. I walk back to my car, and it was such a pretty day. I love the walk back to my car after yoga no matter the weather. 

When I get to my car, it is snack time. Here are those bananas I didn't eat at breakfast. I always starve during Ceramics class, so a snack in between yoga and ceramics is perfect. Also, a bit of coffee really helps perk up after waking up so early. It is a part of a peaceful, car-break ritual. 

9:20 am-

I was deep in work by 9:20. I am working on this coffee pot, and I am so excited about how it is going to turn out. Here, I was perfecting the lid, and trying to figure out how to put a spout on the cylinder. 

10:30 am- 

I have my spout on my cylinder, and I added a handle! It's getting close to done! I have been working on this for a week and a half. Time to get seriously serious. 

11:20 am-

Still in ceramics. It's a long class, but I basically have my coffee pot done. Just need to smooth it out next class, and then stamp the bottom with my stamp, and bisque fire it. So excited! 

12:00 pm-

Ceramics just ended at 11:50. Waiting in my car for bio lab at 12:10. Transitioning with some yummy coffee. 

12:40 pm- 

In lab. Analyzing the ecoli we grew last week.

1:30 pm-

Finishing up lab. I got out early :) lab usually lasts until 2:00. Yay! 

2:30 pm-

Finishing up lunch. On Thursdays, I have a late lunch because of all the things I have going on. I love taking salad in a mason jar. It makes lunch a little bit more fun. 

3:30 pm- 

In the middle of biology lecture. Started at 2:40, and ends at 4:00.

4:40 pm-

Took a shower, and did a charcoal and black sugar body scrub. That is what is on my shoulders.

5:20 pm-

Grabbed a healthy snack of sliced apple, almond butter, and green tea. I spent some time out in this pretty day, and jammed out to Ellie Goulding and scrolled through Pinterest. 

6:20 pm-

Went back inside, and put Thieves and lemon in the diffuser. I felt a little something coming on today, and I wanted to ward it off. This blend will do the trick :) 

7:30 pm-

Dinner is done! Crouton and Ranch chicken. I created a recipe, and went through some hurdles to get this great meal. I set off the smoke alarm! That has never happened when I make food. I was so sad, but I fixed it. I didn't burn dinner! The olive oil heated up really fast, and started smoking up the oven. Oops! This chicken turned out so delicious, and the recipe will be on the blog sometime next week (I need to perfect it). 

I am ending my photo-an-hour right here. I have many photos, and dinner pretty much capped the day.  Now I am blogging and watching The Voice, and then I am going to get ready for bed. I have had an über busy day today! Whoa! But this photo-an-hour post was so fun to do! I definitely want to do it again, maybe with a different day :) What is your busiest day?
