Five Favorite Essential Oil Diffuser Blends for Better Health

I have been diffusing my essential oils  a lot lately, and for many different reasons. I like to find or create diffuser blends that match my mood, or that aids in mental healing or physical healing. Diffusing essential oils is one of my favorite ways to relax and earn motivation. Sometimes I diffuse my essential oils just to purify the air, or sometimes I need some help getting to sleep. I have put together a little list of my top five favorite diffuser blends. I love that I am using natural essential oils to alter my mood instead of using pills, or some other method. Essential oils have been such a blessing in my life. When I feel anxious, I put in the exact blend that I need. It is wonderful to inhale the scents, and feel instant relief.

Here are my favorite diffuser blends that I have been diffusing quite a bit lately. 

Joy + Peppermint + Bergamot = Wake Up. This trio is a great "good morning" blend. Sometimes, all I want to do is sit and watch Netflix. But as a person who likes being productive, this blend really helps me get up and go. It also smells so good, and it makes the house smell amazing. It is a bit addicting. This is probably my most favorite diffuser blend. 

Peace & Calming + Lavender = Anxiety Relief. 

Embarking on new adventures, whether big or small can cause some anxiety. I pour a few drops of each oil into the diffuser, and after a couple of minutes, my anxiety is gone. It also sets my mood before drifting to sleep. It isn't a stimulating diffuser blend, it is calming, and relieving. It smells so good too. 

Lavender + Cedar wood = Sleep Better.

Sleep is so important. I have been exhausted lately, so going to sleep hasn't been a big issue. I was having trouble sleeping a little while back, and this combo would be in my diffuser every night. I also have this combination in a roller bottle with some fractionated coconut oil to roll on me when I am trying to fall asleep. Cedar wood has been known in aiding the release of melatonin. Lavender is known for calming, so this is a great blend for falling asleep. 

Thieves + Purification = Immunity Booster/Flu Bomb. 

I have this blend going constantly. I work around the elderly, and not only that, but it seems like a member of my family is constantly sick, so I want to protect myself and help them get better. Since I do work around the elderly, not only can I get sick from them; if I am not healthy, I can get them sick too. The elderly don't have very strong immune systems, so to keep them healthy, I need to keep myself healthy. Thieves and Purification paired together make for a great diffuser blend to combat colds and other immune system sicknesses. Not only does it aid in boosting immunity, and helping colds go away, but it also purifies the air in your home. 

Stress Away + Peppermint = Stress Relief. 

Oh goodness. I was diffusing this blend a lot when I was really stressed out a few months ago. My stress was so bad that I was making myself physically ill. I am glad that I have learned to control my stress, and a big part of that control was due to the use of essential oils. It is awesome! When I have had a funky day, I diffuse this combination to prevent stress from coming about. 

These combinations have significantly healed my mental and physical health numerous times, and I am so thankful that I have my oils. I am glad that I have an oily lifestyle, because once you use essential oils, there is no going back. They are a part of your life, and they really do help. Essential oils aren't for everybody though. I use them for small things, such as stress relief, or sleep aid, immunity boosting, or purification. I love living the natural way with my oils!
